Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily targets in the set time frame while following the project guidelines.
• Complete each record with the set quality standard.
• Attend recommended training sessions and take assessments.
• Responsible for functioning as per the project requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
