We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Job title: Research Advancement Administrator (Pre-Award). Not needed as heading. Content: - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. - Job Description: paragraphs about role, responsibilities. - Position Salary Range: $52,000 - $59,000 per year; DOE - Essential Duties: list bullet points. - Desired Qualifications: list bullet points. - Department Statement: about Fulton Schools. - ASU Statement: about university. - Benefits: mention "ASU’s comprehensive benefits package is a key part of your total compensation." No specifics. Not enough detail to create Benefits section? The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states there is a comprehensive benefits package but no specifics. Might be considered too vague? It says "ASU’s comprehensive benefits package is a key part of your total compensation." That's a statement but not specific benefits. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state there is a benefits package, but not details. Might be considered insufficient to create a Benefits section. Safer to omit Benefits section. - Pay: we have salary range. So we can include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. - About the role: we could use the Job Description paragraph(s) as About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications maybe. - Skills: maybe combine desired qualifications that are skills? Could create Skills section from desired qualifications like Excel, web-based tools, communication, analytical mindset, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? But we have headings defined; we can choose which to include. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract: About the role: The Job Description paragraph(s) describing role: "The School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy (SEMTE) is seeking a Research Advancement Administrator (Pre-Award) to join our Research Advancement Team. We are looking for an individual interested in making a difference in the world by directly supporting researchers who are making globally impactful advances in research, and who is seeking a career with various opportunities for growth. The Research Advancement Administrator position will have the responsibility of collaborating with Fulton School of Engineering (FSE) faculty at SEMTE on the development, preparation, and submission of sponsored project proposals to various funding agencies. In this role the candidate would not be responsible for technical content, rather they would be supporting faculty in the administrative aspects of proposal development and submission. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone that enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment. The successful individual will be someone who has a strong attention to detail, demonstrates good customer service and communication skills, values continuous improvement, enjoys problem solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with crucial timelines. This position requires people skills and leadership. It is important to be able to work with people with a wide range of background, skill level, culture, and language. This position reports to the Research Advancement Manager at SEMTE." That's substantive. Responsibilities: Essential Duties list (bullet points). We'll put as
  • . Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Desired Qualifications. Skills: Could extract from Desired Qualifications: Experience in pre-award sponsored research administration within a higher education or research environment. Experience developing proposal budgets and justifications for federal, state, industry, or foundation sponsors; or demonstrated knowledge of budgetary principles, practices, and procedures. Experience interpreting funding opportunity announcements and coordinating proposal submissions. Knowledge of federal regulations, Uniform Guidance (2CFR 200), and sponsor guidelines. Strong experience in Excel and web-based tools. Ability to take initiative, be diplomatic, and effectively manage stressful situations while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines effectively through organization and time management. Evidence of effective communication skills, and an analytical mindset. These are more like qualifications/skills. Could combine Qualifications and Skills but we have separate headings. Might be okay to have both Qualifications and Skills sections with content. Pay: Salary range. Benefits: we have only generic statement; maybe omit. Schedule: none. Department Statement and ASU Statement: Could be considered "About the role" or maybe separate "About the department" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those list. We could put department statement under About the role? Might be considered extra but we could include as a paragraph under About the role? The rule: use headings only for those sections. We can include extra paragraphs without heading? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (list). Likely they expect only those headings. We can include other content as

without heading. So we can add department statement and ASU statement as paragraphs after the sections, maybe under a generic heading? Better to just include them as

without heading, as they are substantive info. The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." It didn't say we cannot have extra paragraphs without heading. So we can include them. Thus final HTML:

    About the role

    ... (job description paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative guidance during pre-submission, development, and administrative review.
    • Independently reviews funding announcements and provides guidance on eligibility and sponsor requirements to investigators.
    • Works with ASU's Proposal Negotiation Team and sponsors as needed for clarification of application guidelines.
    • Develops budgets and budget narratives in conjunction with investigator provided information and sponsor guidelines.
    • Provides support in document management and in the uploading of grant and contract proposals to federal, state, and other funding agencies. (i.e., current and pending support, biosketches, etc.)
    • Verifies and ensures ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory and financial compliance requirements.
    • Assists with post submission action items requested by the sponsor such as just-in-time requests, revised budgets, scope of work changes, and additional certifications.

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

    Qualifications

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in pre-award sponsored research administration within a higher education or research environment.
    • Experience developing proposal budgets and justifications for federal, state, industry, or foundation sponsors; or demonstrated knowledge of budgetary principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Experience interpreting funding opportunity announcements and coordinating proposal submissions.
    • Knowledge of federal regulations, Uniform Guidance (2CFR 200), and sponsor guidelines.
    • Strong experience in Excel and web-based tools.
    • Ability to take initiative, be diplomatic, and effectively manage stressful situations while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines effectively through organization and time management.
    • Evidence of effective communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

    Pay

Position Salary Range: $52,000 - $59,000 per year; DOE

Then we can add department statement and ASU statement as

without heading. Department Statement: "At the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, we are delivering a world-class learning experience for our students and advancing research and innovation — all at scale. The Fulton Schools research enterprise leads use-inspired research and key national initiatives, including the Southwest Advanced Prototyping Hub, accelerating microelectronics and workforce development for the Department of Defense. We also lead the Electrified Processes for Industry Without Carbon Clean Energy Manufacturing Institute, supported by the Department of Energy, aiming to reduce carbon emissions and strengthen manufacturing. Additionally, we lead an NSF Engineering Research Center developing sustainable civil infrastructure and partner with another ERC advancing clean water technology." ASU Statement: "Arizona State University is a new model for American higher education, an unprecedented combination of academic excellence, entrepreneurial energy and broad access. This New American University is a single, unified institution comprising four differentiated campuses positively impacting the economic, social, cultural and environmental health of the communities it serves. Its research is inspired by real world application blurring the boundaries that traditionally separate academic disciplines. ASU serves more than 100,000 students in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, the nation's fifth largest city. ASU champions inclusive excellence, and welcomes students from all fifty states and more than one hundred nations across the globe. ASU is a tobacco-free university. For details visit https://wellness.asu.edu/explore-wellness/body/alcohol-and-drugs/tobacco All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by law." We could also include the Notice of Availability of the ASU Annual Security and Fire Safety Report etc. But that's boilerplate legal; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The ASU Statement includes EEO statement; that is equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove that sentence. Also remove the link to tobacco-free maybe? That's part of ASU statement but not EEO. The tobacco-free statement is okay? It's not EEO. The ASU statement includes a line about tobacco-free and a link. That's fine. We should also remove the "Notice of Availability of the ASU Annual Security and Fire Safety Report" etc. That's legal boilerplate. Remove. Also remove "Relocation Assistance – For information about schools, housing child resources, neighborhoods, hospitals, community events, and taxes, visit https://cfo.asu.edu/az-resources." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered a resource link; not explicitly prohibited. Might keep? It's not EEO. It's a resource. Could keep but it's not core. Might be okay. Also remove "ASU’s comprehensive benefits package is a key part of your total compensation. Visit the ASU Compensation Estimator" That's benefits generic; we omitted benefits section; we could keep as a paragraph? It's generic but maybe we can keep as a paragraph under Pay? Not needed. Also remove "Employment Verification Statement", "Background Check Statement", "Fingerprint Check Statement", etc. Those are boilerplate legal. Remove. Also remove "About Arizona State University" paragraph that repeats earlier? Actually there is a section "About Arizona State UniversityRecognized by U.S. News & World Report as the country’s most innovative school..." That's also boilerplate but maybe not EEO. Could keep? It's somewhat promotional. Might be okay but could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/
