Requisition Lane Server

About the Role

A Lane Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in an entertainment setting by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, promoting menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. They interact with guests, assist with questions and requests, and contribute to a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage orders from start to finish
• Learn and promote menus, specials, and promotions
• Check on guests regularly and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Recommend and upsell experiences to enhance guest visits

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Must meet minimum legal age for alcohol service
• HS diploma is optional
