Bowling Bar Server

Essential Job Functions

• Greets each customer, politely offering alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or taking food service orders.
• Promptly takes beverage and/or food orders, accepts payment for items, and processes payment as outlined.
• Makes continual rounds throughout the bowling/arcade areas to ensure food and beverage service is maintained.
• Maintains a neat, clean gaming area, by removing used food/beverage containers.
• Ensures that all foodstuff is handled healthfully, following the guidelines of the food handler's training at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in the customer service/hospitality industry.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and an OLCC card within 30 days of employment, with permit application submitted by the first day of employment.
• POS and cash handling skills.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Effective communication skills - verbally provides instruction, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods; work in a noisy environment; perform repetitive motions with arms, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers; bend, lift, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.; and have good visual and auditory acuity.
• Able to work a flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
