Responsibilities
- Create a fun and memorable experience
- Know the menu inside and out
- Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
- Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly
Requirements
- Welcoming and guest service driven
- Must meet the required age for your state
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- 1-year serving experience preferred
