Representative Sales Manager in USA

About the role

Develop and implement business activities for the Export channel, including maintaining relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers, preparing and sending quotations, negotiating and signing contracts, monitoring progress, ensuring delivery speed, and coordinating the resolution of any arising problems.

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans. Collect, analyze, and evaluate market information to propose market development strategies. Manage market data, conduct surveys, collect and analyze data, and propose export plans. Advise the General Director on import-export business strategies. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.

Responsibilities

• Take care of existing customers and search for new customers.
• Prepare offers, send quotations, negotiate, and sign contracts.
• Control progress and delivery speed; coordinate problem resolution.
• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate market information; propose market development strategies.
• Manage market information, conduct surveys, and analyze data to propose export plans.
• Advise the General Director on import-export business strategies.
• Perform other tasks as required by the General Director.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management of export products such as spices (Pepper, Cassia, Star Anise, Ginger, Turmeric, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the market and customers.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields.
