About the role

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will help create a positive experience for every patient while building valuable skills in healthcare. Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between patients and healthcare staff by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing timely, professional assistance.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Completion of a Medical Terminology course

Skills

• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, courteously, and effectively
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience

• Required: One to two (1–2) years of customer service experience
• Preferred: Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related environment

Patient Population

Responsible for serving patients across all age groups.
