About the role

UTA seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Representative, Cash Management to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the proper client booking promptly
  • Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from buyers and clients
  • Research any unapplied cash to client bookings
  • Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking detail
  • Research variances between booking and cash receipt
  • Provide backup to other team members who are responsible for client receivable related filing
  • Address stakeholder inquiries
  • Assist with ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Accounting experience
  • Previous experience within Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service focused role a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Pay

$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
