Reporting Specialist

About the role
TRC is seeking a Reporting Specialist to provide support to colleagues and clients within TRC’s Emission Testing practice. Job tasks include reviewing, formatting, and quality control of multiple client-facing deliverables including (but not limited to) environmental reports, procedure writing, and technical processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and finalize documentation and internal deliverables.
- Ensure that grammar, spelling, and punctuation are executed correctly.
- Format documents in alignment with internal and external style guides.
- Create a variety of internal and customer-facing documents and deliverables using a variety of software applications.
- Understand and follow all company document control procedures to ensure smooth tracking, retrieval, archiving, and back-up of documents relating to program activities and deliverables.
- Provide miscellaneous support to TRC project managers as requested.
- Provide support for administrative and technical staff members as available when primary duties are fulfilled, or workload requires.
- Collaborate with authors and project managers to ensure that deliverables meet internal and external quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental air emissions testing industry.
- Proficiency and experience using all programs included in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Qualifications
- Degree in English or technical and professional writing or comparable experience preferred.
- Report production experience.
- Experience supporting multiple business programs and platforms.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and concepts a big plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team structure.
- Ability to manage multiple project needs concurrently in a time-sensitive manner.

Pay
Salary Range: USD $20.00 - USD $34.30 /Hr.
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program, contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
