Replenishment Planner

Role Summary

The Replenishment Planner is responsible for managing inventory levels across multiple distribution centers across the country. This role will place inventory purchase orders with suppliers and facilitate customer special orders to maximize customer service. The Replenishment Planner team is the primary driver of collaboration between sales, operations, and planning to minimize out of stocks while balancing inventory to the optimal level.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes inventory levels by minimizing excess inventory and overstock while maximizing product availability.
• Collaborates closely with Replenishment Planners and cross-functional Supply Chain team members to achieve inventory and service level objectives.
• Led cross-functional planning meetings with Sales and Operations to align inventory strategies with business objectives and facilitate execution of shared inventory and sales goals.
• Creates, manages, and maintains purchase orders (POs), including standard replenishment and special purchase orders.
• Maintains inventory performance, identifies trends, and recommends corrective actions to improve inventory health and operational efficiency.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance replenishment processes and planning effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to TireHub policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Completes additional tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of Senior Leadership, as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing supplier performance, forecast accuracy, inventory trends, and planning data to support business decisions.
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory planning tools, and Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced planning systems is preferred.

• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory planning tools, and Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced planning systems is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, replenishment methodologies, and supply planning best practices.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Working Conditions

• This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
• Majority of time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around.
• There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
• This role is based at our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA with strong in-person presence.
• Willing and able to travel up to 10%.
