About the role
Entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to planning, allocation, and replenishment processes. You will be responsible for the inventory and in-stock performance of assigned categories, including replenishment and allocation systems, order accuracy, safety stock, lead times, and min/max levels.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience managing a supply chain function, or
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience managing a supply chain function
Preferred degrees/majors: Business Administration, Computer Science/Business, Engineering Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management
Requirements
- Work is onsite at HQ in Dallas, Texas; remote/telework is not authorized
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with planners to execute the inventory and service plan at sub-class/item level
- Analyze product flow performance and provide updates and improvement suggestions to management
- Routinely communicate purchase order plans and performance issues with vendors
- Execute and monitor purchases and inventory flow from vendor to distribution center (DC) and vendor direct to store
- Coordinate purchase order plans and execute replenishment reorders for DC and direct-to-store shipments
- Manage and modify replenishment and allocation parameters to achieve sales, inventory, and service plans
- Monitor and track vendor delivery performance to resolve compliance issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
