Replacement Coordinator

Sobieski Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Replacement Coordinator to join their team in Newark, DE. The position offers a competitive wage based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the full scheduling and administrative workflow for residential HVAC replacement projects
• Primary administrative support for the Installation team, ensuring all documentation is complete, job statuses are accurate, and clients receive timely, professional communication
• Mentor, coach, and support the Installation team to maximize job scheduling while maintaining first-class service
• Collaborate with the Replacement Field Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum
• Associate or bachelor’s degree favorable
• One to two (1-2) years’ Administrative or related experience
• Knowledge of basic Plumbing and HVAC
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of handling multiple applications and talking on the phone simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Work Schedule

The core hours for the Replacement Coordinator are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
