Responsibilities
- Oversight of the full scheduling and administrative workflow for residential HVAC replacement projects
- Primary administrative support for the Installation team, ensuring all documentation is complete, job statuses are accurate, and clients receive timely, professional communication
- Mentor, coach, and support the Installation team to maximize job scheduling while maintaining first-class service
- Collaborate with the Replacement Field Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Associate or bachelor’s degree favorable
- One to two (1-2) years’ Administrative or related experience
- Knowledge of basic Plumbing and HVAC
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of handling multiple applications and talking on the phone simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Work Schedule
The core hours for the Replacement Coordinator are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
