Repair Technician

About the role

This position involves servicing various surfaces such as floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels. The role requires a combination of technical skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
• Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Communicate with support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.

Requirements

• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
• Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.

Qualifications

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.

Pay

Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based commissions starting on day 1
