We specialize in aftermarket support of platforms and systems, collaborating closely with customers and OEMs to invest in inventories and support methodologies that ensure continued mission-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain open and closed repair order files.
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order.
• Track and expedite repair orders.
• Responsible for vendor pre-approval process.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base.
• Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
