Repair Coordinator Administrator

The Repair Coordinator is a critical role supporting shop operations, customer communication, and workflow coordination. This position works closely with technicians, supervisors, vendors and customers to ensure repair jobs are clearly communicated, properly documented, and completed on time, in alignment with a commitment to technical excellence and superior service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate electric motor and rotating equipment repair jobs from intake through completionServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding job status, estimates, and schedulesCreate, manage, and update work orders and job documentationCommunicate repair findings and recommended scope of work to customersAssist with preparing estimates and coordinating approvalsSchedule and prioritize work to meet customer commitments and shop capacityWork with vendors for procurementProactively communicate delays, scope changes, or additional repair needsEnsure completed work meets quality and documentation standards prior to releaseMaintain accurate records in shop management systemsSupport company safety, quality, and operational standardsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in a repair shop, service coordination, or industrial environment a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingComfortable working with shop technicians, customers, and vendorsProficiency with technology (Outlook, Excel, Word, job tracking systems, hardware)Preferred ExperienceExposure to electric motor repair, pumps, gearboxes, or rotating equipmentExperience creating service estimates and managing work ordersBackground in an industrial service or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated strong urgency, initiative, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
