Essential Functions
- Repair Order Management: Initiate, track, and manage all open repair orders. Maintain accurate status updates and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion and return of repaired components.
- Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified repair vendors. Negotiate pricing and terms to support operational goals and budget requirements while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Warranty and Cost Recovery: Prepare and process warranty claims and reimbursement requests. Analyze repair shop reports and component tear-down data to validate warranty eligibility and maximize cost recovery.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Support the implementation and oversight of supplier performance metrics. Work with repair vendors to develop improvement plans and ensure alignment with company service level expectations.
- Inventory and Procurement Support: Procure replacement parts for components deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER) to maintain operational inventory levels. Ensure continuity of supply to prevent maintenance delays.
- Supply Chain Process Improvement: Collaborate with Material Planning, Materials, and Quality teams to streamline repair and logistics processes. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Supply Chain, and external vendors. Coordinate repair logistics and support as needed.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all repair transactions and warranty activities are accurately documented. Maintain records (Repair Orders) in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field; a combination of relevant education and experience is considered in place of degree.
- 1+ years of experience in either aviation, procurement, repair, or warranty experience required.
- 1+ years of experience with data analysis tools (i.e., MS Office, Alteryx, MS Access, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or equivalent) required.
- 1+ years of experience with Repair Order life cycle preferred
- Good time management, customer service, communication, and organization skills
- Detail Oriented
- Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the National culture, that is, exhibit the National Airlines values of Safety, Caring, and Integrity

Hours and Location
- HOURS: Hours, we are a 24/7 operation so flexibility to work nights/afternoons/weekends.
- LOCATION: Orlando, FL Corporate Office. This is not a remote position.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, copy machine/printer.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise (i.e., business offices with computers, phones, printers, and overhead lights).
- Ability to work in a confined office or open cubicle environment.
