About the role

Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time, Monday-Friday, with full benefits Repair Technician. They are seeking a responsible, self-starter to service and maintain their equipment while providing superior customer service to their established field locations.

Responsibilities

• Dynami Dynamic, with an outgoing personality and a desire to learn
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems
• Repair carpet cleaning machines as required
• Clean and prepare equipment for shipping to Districts
• Organize and maintain the warehouse as requested (5% of workday)

Requirements

• General mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Prior experience with repairing equipment, a plus
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Must be physically able to regularly bend, stoop, move from ground level to higher levels, raise/lift from ground level and manuver (lift, push pull) 40-75 lbs (pallet, cleaning equipment and products)
