Repair Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues, often using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.
• Inspect incoming products and evaluate for repairs.
• Generate detailed repair quotes for customers and update in the database.
• Perform approved repairs and verify correct operation.
• Perform QC verification of completed repairs.
• Inspect warranty claims from customers.
• May train other Atlas Copco personnel in the repair of equipment.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• May hold a certificate in a relevant field, such as tool repair or machine maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/resolving equipment issues.
• Strong blueprint and technical reading skills required.
• PC and MS Office proficient.
