Responsibilities

• Inspect product in cold room (45°F), removing and reporting any foreign material or defects.
• Inspect polybag seals and coding.
• Open rejected bags and reintroduce product to the line in the cold room or dispose of in animal feed bins.
• Hand pack bags into cases at standard cycle times determined by SKU.
• Clean working area as needed.
• Verify case weights using a case scale and close cases before entering the taper.
• Rotate between positions throughout the packaging room every 30 minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
