About the role

Completes general activities on the production floor. Responsibilities

• Assists with production, preparation, and storage of company products.
• Places boxed products on a pallet.
• Maintains housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Works in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant environment that may be wet or dry, with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F.
• Performs repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs.
• Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.
• May require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling based on production demands.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow directions.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
