About the role

Responsible for supporting the Nursing department by ensuring timely and accurate nurse visit entry and batching in medical records software. Individual will maximize contact with agencies to capture all completed visit notes. Team member will effectively execute the process that is consistent with the management and organizational goals.

• Coordinates subcontracted nursing agency visit documentation receipt.
• Performs timely data entry and batching of nursing notes into the computer system.
• Index nurse documentation in EMR.
• Train and utilize Epic EMR.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of related experience in coordinating activities, administrative support functions, and customer service.
• Experience as a nursing assistant, pharmacy technician, home patient representative, or customer service representative preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent detail orientation and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft business software.

Qualifications

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma; some college preferred.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
