Responsibilities
- Service Existing Customer Accounts
- Proactively generate interest at existing customers
- Expand Rental Customer Base
- Cold-call prospective rental customers
- Generate interest with dormant rental customers
- Grow revenue via strategic decision making
- Follow pricing matrices and enforce discounting rules
- Rental Documentation Creation
- Respond to customer and internal rental equipment related inquiries
- Assist collections department with accounts receivables
- Create PO's and oversee accounts payables
- Facilitate HYG fleet program
- Create rental contracts in SAP and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate rental equipment delivery and pickup
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Update rental equipment master file records
- Communicate and coordinate with customers
- Overtime/check in/check out, OT, damage recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred or two years’ or more of sales experience and/or training
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Desire and ability to learn and utilize auxiliary systems such as Salesforce, SAP and ServiceMax
