Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Manage and grow your own sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and/or leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
