You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment.
You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction.
You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings.
You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.
You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact.
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships.
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction.
You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure.
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours.
You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Pay
Earn an hourly rate of $21.00 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $55,000 up to $70,000 with unlimited earning potential.
