About the role

We’re hiring immediately for airport rental-counter agents. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll rent vehicles, process contracts, and use a consultative approach to recommend products and services that enhance each traveler’s experience. Your sales skills and service mindset directly impact customer satisfaction and your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Process rental contracts at airport counters
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Upsell using a consultative, trust-building approach
• Deliver professional, friendly service that fosters customer loyalty

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
• 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence required; remote work not permitted

Qualifications

• 6 months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
