Rental Sales Agent - FT

$17.00/hour base pay with unlimited commission. Average full-time earnings: $53,360/year. Shift premium may apply.

Responsibilities

• Rent vehicles and promote products and services at airport rental counters
• Process rental contracts
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend products and services that enhance their travel experience
• Use a consultative approach to upselling while delivering professional, friendly service
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality
• Comfort with recommending products and services based on customer needs
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
