Rental Sales Agent (Boston Logan International Airport)

About the role

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service. You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment. You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction. You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings. You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
• Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thriving under pressure
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Pay

Start with a competitive base pay of $21/hour ($43,680 annually). Rental Sales Agents are currently averaging $2,000 – $5,000 in monthly bonuses, adding up to an annual bonus opportunity of approximately $24,000 – $60,000+. Combined with base pay, successful agents are achieving total annual earnings of $67,000 to $103,000+.
