Responsibilities
- Work with the Rental Business Manager to promote the sale and rent of Rental Equipment
- Aid in rentals, sales, and rental invoicing to internal and external customers
- Support the Rental Business Manager with analyzing market opportunity data to develop rental forecasts for each territory
- Conduct regular reviews of competitive rental rates to ensure they align with the market while maintaining profitability targets
- Maintain and update training for the rental business system
- Assist the Rental Business Manager with processing rental agreements, reviewing certificates of insurance, UCC filing, managing CAT Rental Store leads, sales reporting, and analytic reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Individual who is working towards a degree in a business-related or other related major in college preferred
- Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Good decision-making skills
