Real Estate Operations Intern

Pay: $17.50/hour Type: Full Time Internship Minimum Experience: Pursuing a college degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Analytics, Property Management, or related field. Role & Responsibilities As the Real Estate Operations Intern your responsibilities will include: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing in property-related data to identify trends and insights.Contribute to the development of analytical models to evaluate property performance compared to budget and historical figures.Contribute to the preparation of performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.Support financial modeling activities related to actual to budget valuations and key performance indicators.Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for improvement of our portfolio.Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of market dynamics on property management strategies.Work closely with cross-function teams, including property managers, leasing teams, and finance professionals.Collaborate on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance.
