About the role

Hartford, CT Imagineers is seeking a full-time 40 hours per week Rental Maintenance Superintendent for their 68-unit apartment complex in Newington, CT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and janitorial upkeep of a 68 unit apartment complex
• Direct trades workers as needed
• Perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned
• Take pride in a job well done
• Handle emergency situations on call

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable transportation (truck preferred)
• 3-5 years of skilled maintenance, janitorial/cleaning experience
• Supervisory experience and the ability to manage trade workers
• Clean background check

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education

• Proficient with all basic work tools
