Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Skill(s)

Experience

• 5 years experience as a maintenance technician or 2 years experience as a maintenance superintendent or supervisor.

Education/Training/Certifications

• A High School Diploma is required.

About the Role

This role involves managing day-to-day work order processing and completion using the Maintenance Software application. It also entails handling emergencies, interacting with external agencies, and performing various maintenance tasks including apartment inspections and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and complete work orders using the Maintenance Software application.
• Handle emergencies without supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with residents, outside agencies, police, fire departments, building inspectors, and contractors.
• Arrange and ensure completion of housekeeping tasks such as garbage pickup, recycling, mopping, sweeping, and hallway cleaning.
• Operate and maintain boilers, pumps, valves, gauges, and other related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs as needed.
• Inspect apartments before and after tenants move in or out.
