Rental Field Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Identify and order parts necessary to complete repairs and routine maintenance.
• Perform standard repairs on compressors, generators, and related rental equipment; replace parts and equipment as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and setup of rental equipment according to established guidelines and schedules.
• Complete all work orders and time sheets in a legible, accurate and timely manner.
• Adhere to LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) protocol.
• Plan and organize yard and field schedule and work method to complete assigned jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose standard problems with all brands of compressors, generators, and related rental equipment.

• Will need to be willing to learn how to repair all brands of compressors and generators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two to four years related experience
• Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge required
• Must provide own tools to perform required job assignments
• Valid Driver’s License and CDL Required
• Will be required to obtain a valid medical card
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
