About the role

Texas First Rentals is a subsidiary of HOLT Group, a leading provider of industrial and commercial equipment solutions. This position plays a crucial role in managing rental inventory and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage rental inventory, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and rentals, providing excellent service and support.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of rental transactions and equipment usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a rental or supply chain management role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Schedule
