- Manage rental inventory and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with sales teams to secure new rental contracts.
- Monitor rental equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of rental transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a rental or supply chain management role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume call volumes and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Experience with inventory management systems and CRM software preferred.
