Rental Coordinator - Texas First Rentals

Responsibilities

• Manage rental inventory and ensure timely delivery to clients
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to fulfill rental orders
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of rental transactions
• Ensure compliance with all rental policies and procedures
• Perform routine maintenance checks on rental equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a rental or supply chain management role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
