Rental Coordinator (On-Site)

About the role

Ziegler Rental, a division of Ziegler Companies, is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Rental Coordinator will provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team, generate customer quotes, and manage rental agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service
• Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center
• Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements while utilizing Ziegler’s proprietary rental software
• Maintain and monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks and ensure process compliance
• Cook and maintain knowledge of rental fleet equipment and their applications
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Department
• Avoid and collect unpaid balances on invoices
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone and other communication channels
• Assist with inventory management when needed
• Participate in after-hours, on-call support as needed
• Assist with special projects and training when needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
• Personal Attributes: Customer focus, attention to detail, dependability, efficiency, planning and organization
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Preferred – rental industry knowledge
• Minimum Physical Requirements: Walking, talking, hearing
