Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of rental equipment.
- Process quotes, contracts and inventory of rental assets.
- Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding rental equipment.
- Cook up transportation of all equipment and process hauling invoices.
- Coordinate communication with all departments on all equipment inbound and outbound.
- Organize, file and invoice all rental contracts.
- Create detailed maintenance work orders and follow up regularly with service department.
- Other duties as required.
Educational Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A College Degree preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Intermediate skills 10-key adding machine.
