About the role
The Rental Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to increase customer retention and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
