Essential Job Functions
- Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards
- Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team
- Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
- Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards
- Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports
- Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth
- Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store
- Manage and secure the assets of the store
- Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed
Requirements
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- TWO years of assistant management experience preferred
- Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
- Heavy lifting required
- Candidates must have COMPUTER proficiency in a Windows operating system
- MUST be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid HIGH-SCHOOL Diploma or Equivalent
- Must possess a valid STATE Driver's License
- Excellent COMMUNICATION skills, both oral and written
- MUST be legally permitted to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND check, DRUG screening, and MOTOR VEHICLE records check
