Rent A Center- Store Manager in Training

Essential Job Functions

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
• Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards
• Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports
• Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth
• Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual in Spanish
• TWO years of assistant management experience preferred
• Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
• Heavy lifting required
• Candidates must have COMPUTER proficiency in a Windows operating system
• MUST be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid HIGH-SCHOOL Diploma or Equivalent
• Must possess a valid STATE Driver's License
• Excellent COMMUNICATION skills, both oral and written
• MUST be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND check, DRUG screening, and MOTOR VEHICLE records check
