About the role
We are the largest Rent A Center franchise with a family feel and room for growth. This position focuses on advancement and training for future management positions.
Essential Job Functions
- Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards
- Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team
- Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
- Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards
- Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports
- Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth
- Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store
- Manage and secure the assets of the store
- Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed
Requirements
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- TWO years of assistant management experience preferred
- Profit and Loss experience preferred but not required
- HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED
- CANONICALLY COMPUTER PROFICIENT IN A WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
- HAVE A VALID HIGH-SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
- PURSUE A VALID STATE DRIVER'S LICENSE
- EXCEL IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN
- MUST BE LEGALLY PERMITTED TO WORK IN THE US
- ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG SCREENING, AND MOTOR VEHICLE RECORDS CHECK
