Renewable Energy Technician 3

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining company property and equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Services equipment based on the type of equipment and manufacturer.
• Performs routine maintenance.
• Assists with new equipment installation, and the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Tests electrical components and mechanical and hydraulic systems, and collects equipment data for testing and analysis.
• Works safely under all circumstances and seeks guidance for any work for which they are unfamiliar or do not feel competent to perform safely.
• Attends safety and technical training required for this position.
• Respectsfully works in a team environment and learns and applies EDF power solutions Core Values.
• Completes daily work orders, time tracking, and any other required paperwork for the specific project/assignment.
• Participates in the 24-hour "On Call" rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Renewable Energy Technician 1: High school Diploma or equivalent required. 0 to 2 years of experience within the renewable energy sector or an equivalent field.
• Renewable Energy Technician 2: 2 to 4 years of experience in renewable energy or a similar discipline. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
