Remote Volunteer University Relations Specialist — iLevelUP Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Research priority universities, colleges, departments, and campus contacts
• Introduce partnership opportunities for volunteers, mentors, interns, speakers, research, and student projects
• Develop outreach lists, messages, presentations, and follow-up plans
• Cookordinate conversations and document partnership interests, commitments, and next steps
• Help design repeatable campus ambassador and service-learning relationships
• Track outreach activity and report partnership progress
• Represent the organization professionally and use approved messaging

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, university relations, recruiting, partnerships, alumni engagement, or community outreach
• Strong research, writing, relationship-building, and follow-through
• Comfort initiating professional conversations by email, phone, video, and LinkedIn
• Ability to organize multiple contacts and next steps in a CRM or spreadsheet
