About the role

The Scholarship Partnership Liaison at iLevelUP will help connect underserved youth and young people with accurate scholarship information and trusted organizations supporting postsecondary access. This role involves researching and maintaining partnerships, preparing materials, coordinating referrals, and managing communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Research credible scholarship and college-access organizations, including eligibility information, deadlines, and official contacts.
• Maintain a source-verified partnership and resource tracker.
• Prepare approved introductions, follow-ups, presentations, and information-session materials.
• Carefully coordinate partner referrals and handoffs with scholarship and program owners.
• Flag changes, expired information, fees, conflicts, misleading claims, or privacy concerns.
• Protect contact and participant information and honor communication preferences.
• Avoid scholarship guarantees, application decisions, endorsements, financial advice, or collection of sensitive documents.
• Record outreach outcomes and recommend resource updates.
• Escalate suspected scams, safeguarding concerns, or requests for participant data.

Qualifications

• Experience in scholarships, college access, financial-aid education, counseling, partnerships, outreach, education, or nonprofit programs.
• Strong research, source verification, professional communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with official scholarship and student-aid resources.
• At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening.
• Able to explain opportunities accurately without making promises.

This is a remote, recurring role available within the United States. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
