Remote Volunteer Technical Project Manager — iLevelUP App Development

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, backlogs, sprint plans, and delivery schedules
• Translate product priorities into clear tasks, owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate remote planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
• Track risks, decisions, blockers, scope, and progress
• Cookordination handoffs among design, development, testing, content, and deployment teams
• Improve documentation, onboarding, issue tracking, and communication practices
• Create realistic plans for a distributed volunteer team

Qualifications

• Experience managing software, web, mobile, or digital-product projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or comparable delivery methods
• Strong organization, facilitation, written communication, and follow-through
• Comfort with project-management and issue-tracking tools
• Able to lead through influence and adapt plans to volunteer availability
• Technical literacy and experience with education technology are helpful

Pay

This remote, recurring leadership opportunity typically requires up to 10 hours per month.
