Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in overseeing construction administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the owner's interests are represented during planning, execution, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate CSA project activities, monitor project schedules, track budgets and key milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Review and track Request for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and field reports.
  • Coincoperate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Support quality assurance efforts.
  • Participate in site walks and construction progress meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, project management, owner's representation, engineering, architecture, or a related industry (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction administration processes, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting documentation, and project closeout activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management or construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and grow within an Owner's Representative project management organization.
