Remote Volunteer School Partnership Liaison — Believe in Me

Responsibilities

• Research priority schools, districts, departments, and appropriate contacts
• Introduce approved programs, resources, workshops, volunteer, and partnership opportunities
• Schedule conversations and document school priorities, questions, constraints, and next steps
• Counselor outreach, information sessions, referral pathways, and resource sharing
• Maintain accurate contact, relationship, commitment, and follow-up records
• Support partner orientation and feedback
• Avoid promising eligibility, funding, student data access, or services beyond authorization
• Avoid violating school communication, privacy, consent, and youth-safeguarding expectations

Qualifications

• Experience in K–12 education, school partnerships, counseling, college access, youth programs, outreach, or community engagement
• Strong professional communication, listening, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work respectfully within school policies and schedules
• Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Existing school relationships are helpful but not required
