Responsibilities
- Research priority schools, counselors, youth programs, community groups, and outreach channels
- Share approved scholarship timelines, eligibility language, application links, and information-session invitations
- Cook up virtual presentations, partner toolkits, reminders, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate outreach, attendance, questions, and next-step records
- Help audiences locate official instructions and application support
- Protect privacy and avoid collecting application materials outside approved systems
- Escalate eligibility interpretations, exceptions, complaints, and sensitive questions
- Remain separate from review and selection decisions unless separately authorized
Qualifications
- Experience in college access, scholarships, education, youth programs, community outreach, communications, or volunteer recruitment
- Clear, culturally responsive communication and reliable follow-through
- Comfort with virtual presentations, email, phone, CRM, and spreadsheets
- Willingness to complete screening, confidentiality, and youth-safeguarding training
- Multilingual skills and community relationships are welcome
Benefits
