Remote Volunteer Data Integration Specialist — iLevelUP Systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze source and destination systems, schemas, identifiers, and business rules
• Design and implement API, ETL, ELT, webhook, file, or middleware integrations
• Map, transform, validate, and reconcile data
• Build monitoring, logging, retry, and error-handling processes
• Document interfaces, credentials handling, schedules, dependencies, and recovery steps
• Test integrations and coordinate releases with application, data, security, and DevOps teams
• Improve data quality, deduplication, lineage, and governance
• Protect sensitive information through least privilege, encryption, and approved retention practices

Qualifications

• Experience with systems integration, APIs, data engineering, ETL/ELT, or middleware
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, authentication, cloud services, scripting, and data modeling
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
• Understanding of privacy, security, and reliable data operations
• Experience with CRM, analytics, education technology, or nonprofit systems is helpful

Pay

This remote, recurring opportunity typically requires up to 10 hours per month.
