About the role

A full-time Regional Sales Manager position is available to lead and expand the Midwest territory for a leading manufacturer with over 100 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dealer and customer relationships across various industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, and recycling.
  • Develop and grow the Midwest territory by identifying new prospects and conducting customer visits.
  • Support product selection and pricing while hosting product training sessions.
  • Work independently and travel approximately 5 nights per month.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience in the Midwest.
  • A background in industrial or technical products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and customer management.
  • Experience in the Midwest market.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
