Midwest - Regional Sales Manager - Remote

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual bookings and sales growth for Westlock Product Line in the Midwest
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to create end user demand
• Promote Westlock products at EPCs within the region
• Deliver and manage the Annual regional Westlock Sales Plan
• Provide weekly updates on orders and selling activities
• Conduct monthly progress assessments against sales goals and key projects
• Identify and interact with key decision influencers at target accounts

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year in Controls or Instrument experience
• At least 4 years in technical field Sales or Sales Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships
• Ability to create product differentiation and value propositions for market competition
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both technical and business-oriented
• Servant leadership mentality with hands-on approach

Pay

$120,000 – $155,000 annually
